£24,214 to £30,112 pa pro rata

This position is eligible for Inner London Higher Cost area supplement between £4,842 and £6,022 per annum pro rata (dependent on salary).

Support our leadership team in saving and improving lives

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to work with our Chair in an amazing organisation who’s ‘everyday’ is saving and improving lives? Do you want to play a part in assisting the Chair carry out her role? If so, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistants (flexible working options will be considered e.g. 22.5 hours worked over 3 days per week).

You will be involved in organisation of senior-level meetings, including the preparation of data and reports, documents and minutes. You will also manage diaries and workloads, draft papers and carry out other communications activities on behalf of the Chair. Building trust and productive working relationships with a range of senior-level contacts, including our Executive Team, will be crucial to your success.

Highly organised, with exceptional written and spoken communication skills, you’ll have worked with senior management in a responsible secretarial or administrative role. An advanced user of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, you’ll be capable of producing everything from reports to presentations to official minutes. You will be required to travel for which notice will be given. Good judgement and initiative are also vital, as you will often have to work independently.
