We are recruiting for Radiographers who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holders will have responsibility for the provision of high quality radiology images on a range of patients throughout the hospital. The post holders will also contribute to the smooth running of the imaging service and up hold the values of the Trust.

The role will offer the opportunity for Band 5 Radiographers to undertake our Preceptorship Programme, which has been designed to support you through training to progress to a Band 6 Radiographer within the Imaging Department. There will also be opportunities to rotate through other modalities such as CT and Interventional.

In addition, you will have a degree in Radiography or equivalent and be HCPC registered.

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development we are offering a number of apprenticeships and training opportunities in Leadership and Management, Business Services, Finance, Accounting and HR, Clinical Support Work, Research and Innovation, Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner alongside our in-house comprehensive clinical pathways.

The Trust has also engaged with the renowned Henley Business School to be able to offer MBA, MA,BA, Executive Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes.
