We are looking for a full time band 5 or a part time band 6 (30 hours) You will find the Band 6 job description under additional documents.

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking to join the Integrated Rehabilitation Team based at Wincanton Community Hospital?

The role will provide person centred rehabilitation and discharge planning to the ward, and continue the goal focused approach into the community. The team already consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Assistants.

This position will provide the opportunity to develop holistic cognitive, environment & functional assessment skills in community rehabilitation, across a variety of conditions. It also provides opportunity to further develop your skills and enhance the Occupational Therapist you wish to become!

As part of this role you must have outstanding communication skills, team working skills, and a passion to work as part of developing multi-disciplinary teams.
