PA to Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive Personal Assistant to join a fast-paced executive office, delivering high quality administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer and senior team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the directorate both externally and within the Trust.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team and also independently, is adaptable, flexible, calm and polite in their approach to an ever-changing daily schedule. You must have a proven ability to prioritise your workload, dealing with multiple interruptions, whilst keeping within timescales. We are looking for a candidate with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, who is comfortable with changing priorities and multi-tasking. Excellent diary management and minute-taking skills are essential as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proven experience working at executive level would be an advantage.
