Adult Safeguarding Investigating Manager

Full time and part time (30 hours per week) position available.


This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop both personally and professionally, as an advanced social work or occupational therapy professional, working as an Investigating Manager in our newly developed Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

About the role

The Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) receive and review all referrals relating to adult safeguarding across Wiltshire.  The team triages and manages all referrals, assessing risk whilst working closely with police, various health colleagues, CQC and Advocacy as well as a range of voluntary and provider services.

About you

You will have a strong professional curiosity and be good at analysing situations and are able to effectively prioritise.

Registered with Social Work England, you will have evidence of further professional development, and have experience of leading safeguarding investigations as well as knowledge of legislation and policy as it relates to safeguarding adults at risk.
