Information Management and Technology Services (IM&T Services) provide support to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust users as well as to a number of other Health organisations across Oxfordshire. This involves supporting over 10,000 workstations and printers, circa 11,000 staff users of systems, and nearly 800 servers (over 75% virtual). During 2019, IM&T Services responded to 135,000 calls and were involved in multiple projects.

Salary Scale: Band 6 (£30,401 - £37,267) depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: 37.50 per week

Senior Project Support Officer Team Lead – OARS & ScanIT plays a key role in the roll out of ScanIT, part of the Trust’s Digital programme, to clinical and admin staff in the Trust. ScanIT enables the attachment of documents within a patient’s electronic record, using Cerner Millennium Power Chart. In addition, attaching new referrals enables the transmission of a triage request to the appropriate clinician.

The post holder, will gain an in depth knowledge of the application and coordinate the support team. Responsibility for training end users both Clinical and Admin and delivering support documentation.
