The Role


An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Business Apprentice to join our friendly Recruitment team. You will be supported to develop key skills to provide efficient, effective and timely recruitment service within the NHS.

You will be trained to perform variety of administrative tasks including quality data input, answering telephone and email enquiries, arranging interviews, sending out interview packs and generally assisting in all areas of the recruitment process.

To be considered for this role you must be computer literate with good keyboard skills and have the ability to work under pressure. You will be passionate about developing career within a recruitment team while you will be given development opportunity across various recruitment functions includes end to end recruitment, onboarding, attending recruitment events and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner are also important.

Candidates interested in this role will be highly motivated, organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team and able to use own initiative while developing to work independently.

New starter bonus. We value our nurses and the skills they bring therefore we offer New Hire Bonus of £1200 pro rata for band 5 and 6 nursing staff.

Induction. KMPT provides comprehensive Induction programme to support new employees. This ranges from 2 days to 4 weeks dependent on role (not always consecutive days). You may need to travel across site includes Canterbury, Maidstone and Dartford.

Probation Period. New employees external to KMPT are subject to a six month probationary period.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check. Certain roles are subject to criminal record check. You may be required submission of completed Disclosure form to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
