City Health Care Partnership is recruiting to the position of Information Systems Manager, working primarily in the Business Intelligence side of the Information Management Team.

As a provider of Urgent, Community and Primary Care across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire and the North West (Wigan, St Helens, Knowsley) we require an experienced person to support the team, primarily but not restricted to our Data Quality Service and agenda.

In addition to our regular business Information and National reporting functions, the team provides a commissioned service to our local Practices (Hull & ERY) for the delivery Data Quality reports covering key activities and coding relating to their commissioning and funding. These practices utilise SystmOne and EMIS and are looking to implement Ardens templates/protocols across the localities, therefore a knowledge of the operational processes and coding requirements within General Practice (i.e. QOF) would be advantageous.

A wider CHCP Data Quality agenda also exists, which includes the provision of reports and dashboards for National DQMI and contract performance routed issues and the successful candidate would be expected to take a lead on the development of these reports.

An individual able to demonstrate both GP and Community reporting (Commissioner KPI, ECDS, CSDS) requirements would be ideal.
