Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor in General Surgery at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be based at Leighton Hospital in Crewe. This post is a replacement post and is initially for six months after which time the post will be re-advertised for a substantive position.  The post includes out-patient clinics, operating lists, participation in General Surgery on call (days and nights).

The Sub-Division of General Surgery consists of Upper GI, Colorectal, Vascular, Paediatric, General and Breast Surgery sub-specialties.   There are 11 Consultant General Surgeons, an Associate Specialist and 4 Specialty Doctors with special interests.

Applicants must have full registration with the GMC including a License to Practice.
