Quality and Safety Lead, Band 8b

 

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join the quality team at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) who has a proven track record on the quality and safety agenda.

This role will be responsible for leading and driving quality safety assurance, and regulatory compliance to achieve the best service standards and outcomes for patients and the Trust. This role provides an opportunity to move both our regulation and safety piece forward as we are a Trust who is CQC Good but aspire to being Outstanding. This role will play a pivotal role in helping the divisional teams to achieve that ambition.

It is a fantastic time to be joining the Trust as we are about to embark on some exciting transformational projects to improve our services for both patients and staff, this covers a new urgent and emergency care build, new car parking and health and wellbeing improvements.

If you wish to apply for this role you must have a proven track record as a change agent to make improvements through effective leadership, collaboration and engagement. You will work to the Associate Director of Quality with a particular focus on regulation and patient safety.
