Following the retirement of the current post holder, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic individual to provide strong, professional leadership and operational management to our paediatric nursing services.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care and will be a core member of the paediatric leadership team working closely with the Lead Clinician and Group Manager.

This is a key role and the post holder must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage in a complex change environment.
