Our Intermediate Care Units (Caravelle/Viking/Piper) at Crawley Hospital are looking for Registered Nurses to join their welcoming, friendly, vibrant, person-centred teams. The wards provide multidisciplinary-led rehabilitation and sub-acute care to local residents as well as managing complex discharges.

Some of the wards have been updated to provide new, colourful and dementia-friendly environments, and the rest will be updated later this year. If you want to work with teams who are happy, growing together, productive, patient and carer orientated, have a creative problem-solving holistic approach, and are keen to develop and support team members, then this is the job for you.

Piper Ward has 26 beds, and specialises in stroke rehabilitation, with 10 beds reserved for those patients.

We are currently developing Band 4 Assistant Practitioners, have an embedded Care Certificate for our Healthcare Assistants, and provide clinical placements for Nursing and Therapy students as well as those Returning to Practice across our three wards.

Facilities on site include a restaurant, nursery and library. There are also good public transport services.
