We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Outpatient Receptionist to support our Patient Administration Team at Newark Hospital.

The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service to patients attending the hospital, ensuring that Outpatient clinic appointments are booked appropriately, thus supporting the SFHT Patient Pathway.

The successful applicant must:

  • Be computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
  • Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • RSA II (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working within an office environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Good team member
  • Diplomatic and tactful.
