The post holder will be a member of the IT Operational team. This team concentrates on the provision of IT Operational Support and Customer Services support functions. The post holder will support the delivery of second line and desktop services across the SCFT sites, and all peripheral locations.

The team will be responsible for delivering technical customer-focused IT service to all SCFT staff. The team will liaise with internal and external customers, providing a responsive and customer-focused desktop and second line support team, and will be based on a number of sites across the geographic area covered by the Trust.

We are recruiting for two posts: one at Brighton General Hospital, and the other at Horsham Hospital
