As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual’s needs.


The BDCFT Clinical Systems Training Team is a small but dedicated team that delivers training in a wide variety of areas, primarily to small groups in our two main training rooms, but we can also provide on-site training and support so no two days are the same. The team trains all aspects of SystmOne both Community and Mental Health by means of dedicated sessions with the facility to create and run bespoke or more specific sessions as needed by the Trust. We also train Microsoft Office and basic IT using the NHS IT Skills Pathway suite of learning. Working for the Trust allows staff access to Lease Cars via NHS Fleet Solutions, the Cycle to Work scheme and other staff benefits.

This post is 21.5 hours per week, fixed term initially until end March 2020 with subsequent review.
