Are you interested in working as part of a new friendly, dynamic team, leading and delivering transformed services to frail older people?

The new Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre (ICC) opened in May 2018. This new and unique approach to integrating services for frail older people within the city of Hull provides a great working environment for highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for caring for Older People.

CHCP are looking to recruit a part-time Advanced Occupational Therapist who will be part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists Consultant Geriatricians, Nurses, Social Care, Voluntary Sector Services, Care Home staff and Administrative staff, delivering high quality care and support for older people within the community, including residential care homes.
