At the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS foundation Trust we are looking to build a team to add to our existing team of Mental Health Practitioners (mental Health Nurses / Occupational Therapists or Social Workers) across Suffolk to work in our Access and Assessment Team - Crisis Services.

The role is based at Mariner House in Suffolk - Situated just a 12 minute walk from the Train station, so perfect for commuting from Essex or Norfolk, and is also easily accessible by bus.


Ipswich town has a city feel with plenty of shops, restaurants and the beautiful scenic docks, and yet a stone throw away from sandy beaches or the historic sights of neighbouring villages and towns.

Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.

This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
