We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team within offender healthcare. CHCP CIC currently provides integrated offender healthcare services across HMP Hull and HMP Humber. We deliver a community-based model, bringing clinical expertise to the patients in our care, working closely with the multi-agency workforce. The offender healthcare service comprises of primary care, urgent care, primary and secondary mental health care and drugs and alcohol service. The teams include a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellbeing including medical, nursing, occupational therapy and social care.

 

If you are seeking an exciting role within our progressive health services, we are looking for a healthcare assistant to work within the Primary Care Service at HMP Hull. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of patient interventions so we are looking for candidates who have a broad skill base. It is therefore essential that candidates possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care or an equivalent qualification and can perform clinical activities such as wound care, venepuncture and compression bandaging
