Band: Band 5 Occupational Therapist

Job Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Base Location: New Green Surgery, Morrill Street, but delivering services across Hull and the East Riding

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within City Healthcare Partnership’s Community Pain Management Service for an Occupational Therapist.

The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive assessments and Pain Management Programs from a biopsychosocial approach, within a Multi-Disciplinary Team context. Clinical and professional support is available and additional training will be given as required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and rapport building abilities and will have a committed interest in promoting self-management skills for people with long term pain conditions.
