Are you a motivated enthusiastic pharmacy technician looking for a new challenge in a rapidly evolving organisation?

City Healthcare Partnership (CHCP) CIC is an employee owned not for profit social enterprise organisation delivering NHS services to the patients of Hull and East Riding. 

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacy technician to provide medicines management support to our Intermediate Care Services.

The role provides the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting prescribers, nurses, and social care team to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.

The role will require the pharmacy technician to liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure optimisation of medicines, support patients with their medicines adherence and address pharmacy-related queries raised by the Intermediate Care Team.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and have the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of healthcare professionals. Applying candidates must be NVQ Level 3 accredited in pharmacy services and registered with the GPhC.

The successful candidate will need to work a minimum of 30 hours.  We strongly recommend contacting the service before applying.
