As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual’s needs.


This is an exciting opportunity to join our IPS (Individual, Placement and Support) Employment Service.

The successful applicant will work with service users with severe and enduring mental health conditions, to gain competitive paid employment, using the Individual Placement and Support model.

This is an opportunity to work in an innovative way which is proven to result in remarkable outcomes for users of Adult Mental Health services.

The role involves liaison and integration with a wide range of referrers and teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop relationships with local employers to secure employment opportunities and subsequently provide on-going support according to employees and employer's needs.

Support and training will be provided by the Employment Team, but the post holder is required to take responsibility for autonomous planning of their workload, using initiative in order to deliver performance targets, without direct supervision.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2020. Secondments will be considered. Please ensure you have the approval of your manager prior to applying for a secondment.
