The Trust is committed to providing high quality integrated health and social care for local people with mental health problems in South West London and more specialist mental health services for people throughout the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the acute and urgent care service line for a senior administrator to support the service line management team.

The role will provide business administration support to Service Line Triumvirate including the Clinical Director, Head of service Delivery and Head of Nursing and Quality. Act as the focal point for messages, enquiries and visitors to the service line along with responsibility for disseminating information across the service line as required

The role will be based at Springfield Hospital although at times the post holder will be required to work from other Trusts sites based in the Kingston, Richmond, Sutton & Merton Boroughs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of meeting support including minute taking skills
  • Demonstrable experience of providing administrative support within the NHS or large complex organisation.
  • Experience of line managing and supervising staff
