HR Assistant - Secondment 12 months from start date

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Assistant to provide effective administration and support to the North Kent HR team.

This is a busy role and the post holder will require a flexible approach to work, be able to use their own initiative and work effectively with other team members.

Specific duties will include efficient administration to ensure smooth operation of the North Kent HR team, to answer routine queries arising from staff, recruitment issues, updating and maintaining HR record systems, providing support to the recruitment process, support the starts/ leavers process and ensuring that staff mandatory training is up to date.

Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills are required together with highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Effective persuasive and negotiation skills will also be required.

Candidates should have extensive administration experience, including the administration of a team. A proven standard of all round IT skills and the ability to plan and organise their own workload with minimum supervision. They should also be able to use their own initiative and consistently drive for high quality customer service in line with the CCG values.
