The partner organisations in the Fylde Coast health economy are committed to working together to improve health outcomes for our population and to deliver fast track improvements within our available resources.

This role will work across the Fylde Coast based NHS organisations of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS FT, NHS Blackpool CCG and NHS Fylde & Wyre CCG linking in with Local Authority colleagues.

The position is to support the Integrated Care Partnership through programme managing the Effective Use of Resources (EuR) work stream to support our ambition of ensuring that resources available to the Fylde Coast are used in an effective, efficient and sustainable manner, and to drive constant improvements to support the successful delivery of health and social care across our footprint.

The post will report to the Fylde Coast Strategic Finance Lead and be an integral part of the ICP Development Team. You will work closely with a range of teams to explore new ways of working to deliver high quality services for patients whilst maximising operational and financial efficiencies to support the delivery of service redesign and cost reduction.
