An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical and Clinical Services Directorate Business Administration Team.

We are looking for a Business and Systems Administrator to provide a comprehensive business administration support role together with being able to coordinate campaigns and the maintain systems managed within the Directorate.

The role will provide business administrative, communicative and promotional support to the Medical Directorate’s Business Function by undertaking administrative duties associated with projects/service improvements that have been transferred from project environment into the business.

As Business and Systems Administrator you will work as part of the Business Administration function to deliver an effective business support service supporting managers and staff across the Directorate.

You will develop a sound knowledge of current systems and applications and liaise with Business Managers and end users to understand and document business requirements for changes, new projects, initiatives and developments. With excellent all round knowledge of IT in a Windows environment, we are looking for someone to be a subject matter expert in relation to the systems.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
