Band 2- Clerical Officer

Full Time- 37.5 hours per week

This post is based at Watford General Hospital for UK NEQAS, we are a registered charity offering external quality assessment (EQA) services across all pathology disciplines.

The post holder will be responsible for providing support within the administrative team, this will involve answering calls, filing participant records, organise room bookings and data entry as required.

The post holder will also be required to process requisitions onto E Series, match up delivery notes and process invoices. (Training will be provided as part of the role)

The post holder will require the ability to work under pressure on occasions to deliver to tight deadlines. They must also have ability to work effectively on their own initiative, good attention to detail and good communication skills.

You must have a high standard of literacy and numeracy and excellent keyboard skills. High level understanding and working knowledge of computer systems. A friendly and outgoing approach with people as this role will involve interaction with our participants.
