Wide Way Medical Centre is a Practice within East Merton Primary Care Home which is a community of practices working at scale on population health management. We are offering a unique opportunity to join a CQC rated "Outstanding", dynamic progressive forward thinking training practice as an IT Administrator / Clinical Coder. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a busy growing practice in East Merton consisting of 4 partners, 3 salaried doctors’ and a managing partner serving a list size of approximately 9800 patients. Working as an IT Administrator / Clinical Coder here will be both challenging and rewarding. We are a PMS practice scoring highly in QOF and provide a wide range of Enhanced services. We are a teaching Practice taking medical students from St Georges and Kings. There are 2 GP Trainers within the practice. The partners are active in commissioning, the GP federation and leading the development of East Merton Primary Care Home. We perform well on access scoring in the top 4 practices in Merton overall. We are always open to fresh ideas and innovation and welcome dynamic forward thinking individuals.

 

The environments are busy and hands-on. Applicants must be capable of rising to the challenge of working in new ways and willing in time to practise autonomously.

 

You will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled experienced professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly and committed staff, including an onsite Clinical Lead and Practice/Business Manager.
