An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and autonomous Senior Occupational Health Practitioner in Occupational Health & Wellbeing.

Leeds & South West Yorkshire Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service provides OH Services for South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust and Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust as a shared partnership. Services are also provided to external NHS contracts.

This is a nurse led service committed to meeting the needs of Mental Health Learning Disability and Community Services Trusts. L&SWYOHS is based at Fieldhead Hospital, Wakefield and provides satellite clinics throughout both Trusts. OH Services are provided approximately 13,000 employees throughout the geographical area of Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Barnsley, Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield & York.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team orientated OHA to join our MDT with the ability to deliver a full OH remit with particular emphasis on complex case management. You will have access to referral pathways for OT, RMN, H&WB Practitioner, Physiotherapists, MSK advisors and Staff Counselling colleagues.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours 37.5 but part time hours will be considered
