We have a vacancy for a medical secretary to join the administration team in the Cleft Lip and Palate department.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach and a positive, helpful attitude who enjoys working as part of a team. You should also have the ability to work autonomously, prioritise their workload and work under pressure. A high standard of English, strong communication skills, the ability to accurately audio type and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential. Medical terminology is also advantageous. Duties include typing clinical and general correspondence, dealing with telephone queries, liaising with GP surgery and general administrative duties including minute taking.
