An exciting opportunity has become available within the cardiovascular and thoracic phlebotomy team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS). As a phlebotomist you will play an integral part of delivering high quality care to our patients. If you are self-motivated and able to manage your own work load while responding to urgent requests from both nursing and medical colleagues then we would like to hear from you. This post is 18 hours per week.

You must have excellent communication skills and evidence that you can build and maintain professional relationships within the multi professional team within the care group.

This post will cover a range of shifts 7 days a week 07.15-13.30. Previous experience of venesection and cannulation is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
