We are the largest provider of NHS services across the County of Cumbria. Around 3500 staff operate 60 community and mental health services from over 20 main sites and many other premises shared with other health or community services such as GP surgeries. In any one year we see around one fifth of the population providing health care services to people in Cumbria, from newborn babies to care of the frail and elderly. Our services are organised into care groups, designed to put clinicians in control of decision making with patients and carers so that services are run by experts in the clinical area.


Facilities Housekeeper AFC Band 2.

The facilities department are looking for an individual to work as part of a key team, undertaking responsibility for providing a clean environment and meal service for patients, for Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust based at Carleton Clinic.

Previous experience would be advantageous, but full training in all duties will be given. You will need to demonstrate a considerate and friendly approach to your duties and be able to work as part of a team. You should have the ability to work flexible to meet the needs of the service.

This post is Permanent for 1 x 20 hours post Monday to Friday with shifts of 4.30pm to 8.30pm.

Standard Check: £26 + Administration cost of £4.20 = deducted at £10.20 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 2 months.

Enhanced Check: £44 + administration cost of £4.20 = £15.20 deducted from 1st month salary and £11 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
