We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and forward looking registered nurse for our 18-bedded in-patient unit, providing specialist palliative care in a purpose-built Hospice.

The unit provides specialist palliative care and end-of-life care to residents of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.

You will already have gained experience working in a specialist palliative care environment and be looking for your next career progression within the speciality. The position will be challenging and rewarding giving you the opportunity to develop your nursing skills and knowledge further. In this role you will be expected to coordinate the unit when on duty, mentor students and staff and lead on specific patient-focused projects that will include audit.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable team player with good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. You will also understand the patient’s journey and the role that all the departments within the Hospice contribute to this.
