We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Senior Administrator to work within the county-wide Adult Psychology and Psychological Therapies Service (APPTS) which is part of the Community Mental Health Services (CMHS).

The post holder will manage the APPTS admin team and the local South Somerset CMHS admin team, and provide comprehensive admin support, including medical secretarial support, adjusting the daily workload, according to the requirements of clinicians and clients.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, IT and organisational skills to provide administrative support to APPTS based mainly in Yeovil with the ability to travel to other areas if required on an ad hoc basis.

You will need to have excellent skills and experience, with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload to meet the necessary deadlines, use initiative and maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy at all times. You will be highly professional, enthusiastic, reliable, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have the ability to liaise respectfully with clients using tact and courtesy at all times.
