Midlands and Lancashire CSU provides the full range of Medicines management and optimisation (MMO) services for a range of authorities including Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), NHS England, Local Authorities across the Midlands, North West and more widely.

We have a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Hub team to deliver services for a number of local and national clients. The post-holder will support, promote, implement, delivery and develop high quality services working in partnership with our clients.

The post holder must be a registered GPhC pharmacist with the ability to deliver medicines management and optimisation as required.

You should demonstrate excellent clinical skills and must be computer literate. You must be organised, be able to work independently and also be an excellent team player.

You will be supported with mentoring and training to support the development of your skills to deliver this role. You must demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm to develop your personal skills and meet the challenges required.

You will be joining a forward thinking and successful organisation dedicated to delivering high quality services and developing better solutions to improve patient care for our clients.
