Fixed Term / Secondment - 12 months

We are looking for a Management Accountant, who reporting to the Finance Manager will ensure that robust and timely management accounting information is in place to support the Divisional Business Analyst.

The Trust operates full service line reporting through its general ledger. The Management Accountant will prepare appropriate monthly financial reports to set timelines with written analysis / commentaries, contribute towards the preparation of the monthly Management Reports and Board briefings, produce monthly forecasts, manage their workload such that all deadlines are met, whilst completing work to a high standard and ensuring that accurate and timely budgetary control information is circulated to all budget holders in line with agreed reporting deadlines.

The successful applicant will be an ambitious qualified accountant or in the final stages of a recognised accountancy qualification with a high level of technical and IT skills and the ability to provide and produce financial reports in a large and complex organisation.
