An exciting vacancy has arisen within Midlands and Lancashire CSU (Staffordshire Division) for an enthusiastic RMN to provide the lead in the management of individuals who have a mental health problems and are eligible for funding under the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing care.

The successful applicant will play a key role in the management of the mental health sub function with responsibility to ensure this client group are funded and reviewed in the most appropriate settings whilst ensuring they receive appropriate and proactive interventions in line with the identified outcomes. The role will involve the line management of staff and coordination of placement procurement using innovative systems and processes to maximise quality and procure value for money services across the locality.

The successful applicant will need to work collaboratively with partner agencies as well as independent sector colleagues to ensure quality services are delivered to this client group.

This role exists within a dynamic and fast paced department of the CSU and we will welcome applicants who are innovative and self-motivated.
