We are looking to recruit a Nurse and Staff Bank Administrator who is committed to the delivery of a high quality administrative support, to work within the Nurse and Staff Bank team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals. The Nurse and Staff Bank provide an on-going crucial temporary staffing service in the event of staff absence, vacancies or unpredictable increases in work load. The successful candidate would be expected to carry out a broad range of administrative duties to support the Nurse and Staff Bank team and help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of services. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to your work. You will need to be comfortable working with a number of different systems and databases therefore a sound knowledge of IT and a background in Administration is essential. Training will be provided on Trust specific software and programs.

 

This post is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who is flexible and can provide administrative support to the Bank team in an ever changing environment within a demanding service. Whilst experience of working in an NHS environment is desirable, we are keen to recruit those who have relevant transferrable skills.
