As part of the ongoing management restructure an exciting oppportuniy has arisen for a talented and experienced Team Leader to join the department within the Division of Medicine at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Working as part of a multi professional team your main objectives will be to manage and develop a response administration service. You will be responsible for the day to day management of administrative teams, including staff rostering, annual appraisals, sickness management and adherence to Trust HR Policies and Procedures

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about the challenges of a busy working and constantly changing environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and to achieve strict deadlines. You will be a highly motivated individual, with the ability to motivate and influence others, suggest and implement ideas to improve team performance and efficiency and will have excellent communication skills

The successful candidate will provide a vital and dynamic team leading role for excellent an high achieving Division
