Would you like to be involved in the next step of Milton Keynes’ Electronic Patient Records (eCare) programme? We are commencing our next phase, rolling out additional clinical modules such as Theatres, Anaesthetics, DOCC, improved outpatient workflows and capacity management. The aim of this is to offer significant improvements in the way our staff are provided with information, in order to enable them to deliver safe and effective care for patients.

If you want to help us to make a difference, this may be the role for you as we are now looking for someone to work within the Trusts eCARE Team as an eCARE Programme Manager and Business Analyst. The eCARE Programme Manager/BA role will enable you to gain valuable programme & project experience and will provide you with a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting large-scale project within the NHS, which will have an impact on the whole trust and the region.

The post holder will be responsible for achieving the successful implementation of additional eCARE functionality and new digital solutions. This involves overseeing data collection, planning and monitoring of projects, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. The programme team comprises internal staff, external advisers and software suppliers, working in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent influencing skills and can demonstrate an ability to work constructively with a wide range of staff and key stakeholders. They should also have the ability to efficiently manage, maintain and develop the project and Programme plans and have a degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
