An opportunity for a fixed term, part time (15-18 hours per week) contract to cover Maternity leave from June 2019 to March 2020 has arisen

The Calderdale Insight Team (Early Intervention in Psychosis) is based at the Laura Mitchell Health and Wellbeing Centre. The team works with people who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis or At Risk Mental State, and their families.

The post holder must be able to balance providing a range of therapeutic interventions and support, alongside carrying out the requirements of a Care Co-ordinator role within the Care Programme Approach. They must also be able to demonstrate the ability to provide recovery focused care packages through evidenced based interventions for service users and their families. A qualification in Psycho-Social Interventions and or Family Interventions would be desirable.

Our team has a good reputation for providing a positive learning environment for students. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to this either by supporting all learners or assisting in the professional development of new staff.
