We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst to the Health Informatics Team to work with the Switchboard team.

The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a broad working knowledge of Health Service processes and procedure
    • Demonstrate understanding and behaviours conducive to excellent internal and external stakeholder management at all level
    • Understand business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals and objective
    • Engage and influence clinical staff in the development of effective IT systems and solutions across the Trus
    • Support and contribute to the creation of IM&T capital plan
    • Develop full business cases, including value for money analysis and benefits realisation plans
