An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our operational HR team. Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager/HR Manager you will provide operational human resources support in a professional, timely and consistent manner to managers throughout South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide sound HR support and advice to managers on all employee relations issues such as; attendance management, grievances, disciplinary and performance management. Your advice will be consistent with Trust policies and in accordance with best practice and current employment legislation.

Applicants need to hold a Full CIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent), you must also have demonstrable recent experience of working in generalist operational HR. Strong interpersonal skills and a confident approach are also essential.

The post will be based at Fieldhead hospital but the post holder will be required to travel and work at any site in the south West Yorkshire Footprint
