Team Leader, Women’s Services – Ealing Hospital

 

 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Division of Women & Children.

 

The division is led by a well established team providing services across Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our management team in a Team Leader role. This is a busy division and you will be managing a clerical team under you. Reporting directly to the Service Manager the post-holder will provide operational leadership and service level management to admin functions across gynaecology and maternity services at Ealing Hospital.
You will need to be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work well without supervision and to use your initiative to prioritise and problem solve.

 

There is significant scope in the role for professional development and the opportunity to progress service development and innovation.

 

This role is full time 37.5 hours and will be based at Ealing Hospital with occasional cross site cover and responsibilities.
