Our aim is to ensure we build trust, confidence and mutual respect, whilst offering highly credible and expert knowledge in the application of our operational HR advice.

You may currently be an HR Officer looking for the next step in your career, or you could be an established HR Advisor seeking a new challenge - either way, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll have previous experience of negotiating and influencing senior colleagues, managing change, giving sound employee relations advice, and coaching managers to build their capability.

This role is part-time covering up to 22.5 hours per week, to ideally be worked across three days. You will support our Essex locality based in Ipswich, Suffolk or in Basildon, Essex, with regular travel to the other location as led by the needs of the business. Occasional travel to our Head Office in Ashford, Kent is also required. Working days and hours can be flexible by arrangement.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 7.2 million patients, including GP led out of hour’s services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services and health in justice nursing services.

Hour’s Available Part time, 3 days a week (22.5 hours per week)
