PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Band: 5

Salary: £24,214-£30,112

Hours: 22.50 hours available

Location: Cirencester Hospital (Inpatients)

An exciting new opportunity has been created for an individual to join our dynamic team at Cirencester Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who has relevant clinical experience, with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will work alongside the other members of the multidisciplinary team, with support from Specialist Physiotherapists and Professional Leads. You will be encouraged and supported to develop clinical and leadership skills. You will be competent in your ability to comprehensively assess patients that present with a wide range of conditions, to set patient specific goals and treatment plans and lead in discharge planning.

Continuing Professional Development is a key priority and we actively promote and develop the broadening roles that Physiotherapists and AHPs are able to contribute. We have an extensive range of Advanced Practitioners, Clinical Specialists, Professional Leads and Non-Medical Prescribers across a wide range of specialisms who actively support clinical colleagues within our organisation. Our well established Preceptorship programme, as well as structured clinical supervision and In-Service Training programmes contribute to the learning culture which develops and challenges thinking and practice.
