Richmond Wellbeing Service is looking to recruit an additional full-time administrator to join its busy and high performing team.

 

Appointment Booking Co-ordinator / Administrator

 

AfC Band 4 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday - rota basis between 8:15 am and 8pm

 

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive referral handling and appointment booking service within the single point of referral (SPoR) for Richmond Wellbeing Service.

 

The post holder will be able to work as part of the team, able to prioritise and use own initiative. Have the ability to work with people from all backgrounds is of paramount importance. There is an expectation that you will work flexibly and accept opportunities to develop personal skills.

 

Please note that this post will be based in Twickenham, South West London.

 

The services provide a range of psychological therapies to people suffering from common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and stress. We work in partnership with other local agencies and GP practices and clients often refer themselves to the service for assessment, support and treatment.

 

The administrative team provide an effective and efficient appointment booking system and administrative support to the single point of referral (SPoR) within the service. You will be expected to work flexibly within the team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the service overall. The patient administration system used is IAPTus and training in this system will be provided.

 

The post-holders will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be able to work without direct supervision and to exercise initiative. You will present a professional image through face-to-face and telephone interaction maintaining confidentiality at all times. Good communication & telephone skills are essential, as you will be required to communicate effectively with clients with regards to registering their details and booking their appointments.

 

SPoR office is open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. However, the service is open from 9am till 8pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday. You will be expected to ensure that both morning and evening cover is provided.
