We are seeking a Band 5 staff nurse to join our Ophthalmology team at the Royal Free hospital.

The post holder should be an enthusiastic and committed professional with the passion and drive to provide the highest quality ophthalmic care to their patients. We work very closely with our medical team and all health care professionals and this is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is dynamic, friendly and who strives to provide an excellent standard of care.

You will be responsible for the assessment and planning of care needs for Ophthalmic patients.
Previous experience in Ophthalmology would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
The post involves working in ophthalmic outpatients, ophthalmic day surgery unit and pre-operative assessment. You will need to be flexible and will need to rotate with other ophthalmic sites when needed.
