We have approximately 855 beds trust-wide and our financial turnover is in excess of £337m.

The Wirral is easily accessible to major airports and has excellent transport links including motorway, train, bus or ferry and within easy reach to the major cities of Liverpool, Chester and Manchester as well as neighbouring North Wales.


We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our Workforce Intelligence Team.

The Workforce Planning Coordinator will coordinate and support the Divisions in the delivery of an efficient and effective Trust wide workforce plan.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive, professional support to senior managers with the purpose of optimising future workforce models, which are responsive to the current workforce challenges and positively contribute to the Trust’s workforce plans.

You will need to have excellent planning and analytical skills with a proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams within a large complex organisation; together with the ability of leading on projects and delivery of training. Excellent communication skills are required.
