IT Service Desk Manager

Band 7 - £37,570 to £43, 772

We are seeking an individual who has IT Service Desk and Desktop and experience in the managing staff.

You will lead a team supporting the IT Service for the Trust to ensure professional and effective resolution of incidents and requests across the organisation. You will be a key driver in ensuring the team delivers day to day high availability of support but also in identifying and leading service improvement initiatives for the Trust.

You will have the ability to manage your own time as well as the ability to plan, coordinate and direct the activities of the Service Desk, Desktop and Switchboard teams.
