We are looking for Junior Clinical Analysts to join the IT Business Systems Team. The postholder will become one of the Trust experts in the electronic patient record systems EPR (iCM), eNoting or Symphony and Preview. Using your knowledge of clinical practice and IT you will advise, analyse, plan, design, configure, test and implement changes/enhancements to these Trustwide clinical systems. You will also provide input to the design and delivery of the new business processes needed alongside the system changes.

 

You will have a degree level clinical qualification (or equivalent experience). Experience in gathering business requirements, translating them to solution design, documenting and mapping workflows and working to plans with sometimes very tight timescales is preferable, but we will provide training as necessary. You must be able to build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners in multi-disciplinary teams and be able to present technical and complex information to various forums in a clear and consise way.
